1993 год - начало работы.
Весной 1996 года первый промышленный образец нового устройства «КСАБ-М» испытан в условиях реальной эксплуатации. КСАБ-1М выпускается в вариантах как для плавного, так и для ступенчатого регулирования мощности, а также с функцией «автореверса», т.е. с автоматическим пуском/остановом котла по достижении теплоносителем установленных граничных температур. Это требуется для нормального функционирования котлов при неравномерном отборе тепла, например, в системах горячего водоснабжения в тёплое время года.
В 1998 году создан общекотельный щит сигнализации «КСАБ-С», решающий задачи (в т.ч. и для необслуживаемых котельных) по автоматическому управлению подачей газа клапаном-отсекателем на основании полученных общекотельных аварийных параметров и передаче необходимой информации на удаленный диспетчерский пульт.
С 2002 года выпускаются щиты котловой автоматики «ЩКА» для управления автоматическими блочными горелками, газовыми, жидкотопливными и комбинированными, импортного и отечественного производства.
